LOVED THIS!! Didn’t expect that ending…but WOW! Beautiful story!
This book didn’t get the love it deserved. I think it took me about a year on and off to finish it. It always got put to the side when a new book club pick was chosen. But, I was finally determined to finish it. And after continuing it where I left off (around page 100), I finished it in 2 days.
What a beautiful story of family, starting over, love, resilience, and embracing the unexpected! If you like chick lit books, you’ll love this, though it’s not the typical chick lit story line. If you like romance books, or dramas, or want to just read a beautiful story—this is it! Now, I’ll miss Emma, Dominic, and Jesse for a few days. Jane Green definitely did a great job with this one!
